Take a moment and look through your body, your physical strengths and weaknesses....

where are you strong?  which muscles in your body are able to do the work they are meant to do?

where are you weak?  which muscles in your body are in need of strength?

Do not confuse this, however.  I am not asking which parts of your body you "hate" or want to make "thinner."  I'm talking about strength.  This is what we need to aspire to...not thinness or the absence of cellulite.  I'm talking about us moving together toward being stronger in body and in mind.  This is where are are placing our focus...let the world make it's own rules about what is beautiful, what is good...let's keep our minds focused upon that which God sees as beauty, as goodness, as truth...

I look up toward the Heavens...
where does my strength come from?
