Teacher Certification Training
NEXT INSTRUCTOR TRAINING:March 15-16th Chicago Illinois
There is no pre-requisite to take the Level 1
training.This is, however just the first step to being certified to teach.
The criteria to become certified are as follows-
Certification Process:
a)Initial Training
DoxaSoma Level 1 Workshop : 15 hours
b)Supervised teaching
Level 1: 10-15 teaching hours
-to be completed within 6 months of initial training
-to be completed with a certified DoxaSoma instructor
c)Additional teaching or training experience required
(in a related field)
50-70 hours
-not necessarily limited to physical training or teaching.
-All experience is evaluated on a case by case basis.
d)CECs* required to maintain certification
15 hours per 2 years.
e)Current CPR certification
Cost of Workshop is $125 and includes the Doxasoma Instructor Manual and all follow up Mentoring.
